Your medications, cifixime in particular, will tend to cause elevated liver enzyme levels. Once your doctor has stopped your antibiotic medication, your liver numbers should slowly return to normal. And hopefully your typhoid will be resolved. Take care.

Hi! From your information
sgpt also known as ALT = 107,  sgot also known as AST = 55, ggt = 137
An elevated ALT/AST (reasonably above normal range) may indicate some liver damage
Typically the range for normal AST is reported between 10 to 40 units per liter and ALT between 7 to 56 units per liter (CHECK UNITS ARE THE SAME).  An elevated GGT may indicate a problem in the biliary tree .e.g. common bile duct blocked by a gallstone.

However more information would be require to confirm the cause of the liver or biliary problem and also must put all pieces of info to get best diagnosis as they all relate to one another

From what ive learnt so far paracetamol is metabolised by the CYP3A4 enzyme in the liver and turns into a toxic metabolite NAPQI which can  liver damage, but this must be with excessive use and probably over a long term.

Anyways please be aware this is just information, so do not self diagnose :)
I would see a doctor about this. Thanks
