elevated liver enzymes

hi, my name is hillary and i am 26 years old i just recently got discharged from the hospital, the eason i went was stomach pain.....well they admitted me gave me blood tests and told me that my liver enzymes were elevated but she had said slightly. well to make a long story short they give me a colonoscopy (because i cant go to the bathroom like i should) a ultra sound, a cervix exam and last but not least an MRI but i wont know the results of that until next week. well the colonoscopy came back fine....the ultra sound came back fine....I have some gall stones but they didnt seem to be too worried about those.....the cervix exam fine. everything was clear....no hepatitus a,b or c but i still had the elevated enzymes. i am so worried......on one hand im thinking well if it was anyything major those tests would have shown it and hen on the other hand im thinking what if its so in depth that only an MRI could show it?.......please help me get some clarity. oh, and the GI doctor said that i would have to be on laxatives my whole life bc i cant move my bowels normally.
