fatty liver

i am only 20 years old now, i have 164 cm height and 95 kg weight, i am fatty , so i go for blood testing, when result comes doctor says that i have fat in my liver,my blood result says i have, SGPT=436 and SGOT=210, is it a danger situation ? what are the precautions i take to reduce this level ?
please advice me  i am totally upset

No, not dangerous. And keep in mind, we are not doctors, just people like you, struggling with various liver issues. You have a condition that is very treatable, with your doctor's help in guiding you.

Keep in mind that fatty liver is very easy to improve, but it will take disipline.  You need to work with your doctor and try to improve your diet and add exercise as well. In fact, fatty livers can be resolved in just several months, n some cases. But you do need to make changes. Your numbers aren't alarming but they are a warning. Take care.
