increase SGPT / SGOT level

I'm 20 years old student, my weight is 165 lbs. I'm a occasional drinker, i haven't drink alcohol for 1 week prior to the test, the test was taken September 25, 2008.
I've gone to a medical laboratory for a blood chemistry test....this is my first time to have the test, the was SGPT and SGOT...and i found out that it was very high. my SGOT is 135 and my SGPT is 145.
what would be the reason for this increase of level...i admit that I'm fun of eating fatty and fast foods..and i don't exercise also due to my studies..
what would be the steps that i will take to normalize my SGOT / SGPT with out any medication. and if ever i will get a medical advise what medical specialist would it be?

Hi,

I got over a flu like virus and then i got a blood test two weeks later as a follow up. My SGOP was slightly higher than normal range (39) and my SGPT had shot up to 91. When I was sick with the flu like virus, my SGOP and SGPT were normal. Does this mean Hepititis? What else should I be worried about? I really have no other issues except for some minor light headedness (like sinus or allergies or something else I don't know about. Any thoughts?
