You may consider doing a Liver Biopsy. A liver biopsy is a procedure to remove a small piece of the liver so it can be examined with a microscope for signs of damage or disease. The three main types of liver biopsy are percutaneous, transvenous, and laparoscopic.

I felt some of the symptoms you described myself. Had a Colonoscopy done & all was good just needed to change my diet with no red meat & pork along with many of the greasy & spicy foods. Feeling better after taking Aling probiotic to help bring back balance to my digestive system with the natural bacteria it has. But after having done this test, my Doc tested me for several other symptoms I was experience & all came back fine except my liver blood count came back abnormal. Now I thought i had Arthritis or one of those joint degeneration diseases but it wasn't any of those at all. So Doc did a specific test for Hep A B C and it came back positive for Hep C.

Learning about Hep C one of the major down falls of this virus is that it attacks the liver & it affects other organs as well. I stopped drinking a little over a month ago cause it will kill my liver quicker. But when I was drinking, I used to feel very tired & fatigued with the aching joints/body, right rib cage pain, & was unable to sleep at times.  My side stopped hurting but I found out with the liver biopsy I have Stage 1 Fibrosis. All I'm saying is give the liver biopsy a try! Hope this helps!

Blessings!
