I read the sentence ''One parasitic disease, trichinosis, arises from eating undercooked Rare meat. In this disease, parasites can affect the bile ducts draining the liver, leading to right-sided abdominal pain, fever, jaundice and an enlarged liver.'

Is it possible that my liver inflammation is due to oxyuris parasite?
No I don't think so. The inflammation is from fatty liver disease.
Fatty liver disease is a more common cause of liver disease and has nothing to do with parasites. If you drink alcohol you must stop as it may be causing the fatty liver disease. More than 15 million people in the U.S. abuse or overuse alcohol. Almost all of them -- 90%-100% -- develop fatty livers.
Please see a hepatologist at a teaching hospital near you to find out what you can do to reserve your fatty liver disease.

Good luck.
