hi i m medically unfit due to rasied sgpt level i,e 143 u/l with other normal LFTs including hep B & C kindly prsicbe me natural ,diet and medicne to reduce my sgpt levels in 10 days my weight is 86 kg and height is 5 feet 10 inches

i  using ruling 20mg in the morning and after breakfast 1 tablet silliver 1 month my LFT  normal after 1 month and ultrasound is clear i m happy

Salaam. You can take SILLIVER(Silymarin 200mg) Abbott company ( one tablet twice a day). It is natural herb which can reduce your LFTs especially your SGPT and you should also take a Levijon Syrup ( two tablespoonfull twice a day). it would also help in reducing your sgpt.. and one thing more these medicines don't have harmful side effects, you can use them with ease...
