MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
A complete clinical evaluation and work up is important for correct diagnosis and management of your condition. Few conditions which can be associated with fever and high SGPT are viral fever, hepatitis, infectious mononucleosis, enteric fever. It is suggested to see a physician and get a physical examination done. Refrain from alcohol and avoid fried fatty foods. You will need investigations for enteric fever, hepatitis C, B, and E.  Also get a sonography of the abdomen done. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause. Keep me posted on how you are doing.
Best wishes and take care!
