fatty liver and raised emyzmes

hello and i hpoeyou can assist me , i was diagnosed with daiabetes type two in june and had a ultrsscan on my liver and it was fullof fdt and this i feel was not thruogh drinking  i have since june changed myn diet and walk and have lost two and a half stone  ui am awaiting a consultation tests on my liver and wa offered pain relief however thr pain in my righthandside is awful and extenda to the left kidney funstion finr=e  87 was the reading a month ago down to82  what more can i do  sorry spelling typing poor

if the pain is in fact due to the fatty liver, it may take a while to improve unfortunately.  acetaminophen up to 2 grams a day is safe to take for pain.  you must be cautious with taking medications such as aleve, nuprin, etc. continue with the weight loss.

thankyou for youe reply however as ststed i have lost wieght two and a half stone and it is planned i am to be wieghed by the diabetic nurse this week and my wieght is still dropping so  i fail to see what elas i can do .  yes i agree the tppe 2 diabetes has created this problem yet i am worried as i cannot mansge the pain and i am not on any medication . my water intake has imoproved and i have battled to get the diabetes under control and haave done by  a complete change in diet yet  this fatty liver is reallt annoying me  will it get better as the liver regenerates                yhanyou lynne

type 2 diabetes can definitely cause fatty liver.  the renal function is stable.  try and lose some weight and this will help the fatty liver
