2 year post liver tx
After 2 years post liver transplant from hep. c and hc my blood work has been normal till now ggt 263, alt 106, ast 75. Should I be worried? If so please tell me what you think. Thank you domc315

this could be recurrent HCV, which would not be too unusual to recur. You may need to have a liver biopsy to definitely diagnose--there are wonderful new treatments for HCV that will be available soon.

You should ask your doctor. Sorry, but I do not know. Sometimes there is a brief anomaly with the post-transplant chemistry that passes on its own. Where did you get your transplant?
