Bric-Liver Disorder

Respected Sir,
I have Bric liver disorder.....
normally i get this attack once a month.....
where i take cholestyramine powder....in morning before breakfast.....
and restrict my diet to strict non oily food.....!!
it takes usually 3 days to fully recover...
den otherwise i live a very normal life....
i want to ask whether cholestyramine has any side effects....
what precautions i should take to avoid frequent episodes....
and finally is there any modern advancement to cure this disorder....!!!

azithromycin is OK.  tylenol OK to take up to 2gms total a day safely

i do not think stress can lead to these exacerbations and i think its definitely Ok to work out in a gym as long as you remain well hydrated.

cholesstyramine has no potential side effects although must be taken separately from other medications as it can affect their absorption.  I think this is the best treatment plan for the BRIC disorders.

quinolones are good antibiotics.  stay away from augmentin and erythromycins.

certain medications or viral infections can set it off.  Otherwise there are no other inciting factors.
