Dr. Schiano

Hi,I am so thankful for you always answering my questions, and I am very sorry to be such a bother!!! The last time I wrote you was on March 22,2012 I really do not know what to do or where to go,this pain and selling is really getting to where I feel like I cannot take much more.It feels like it is going to break my ribs not only in the front now it feels like it is pushing out in the back too.All as they do here is just up pain meds. I am so sick of that!!! I have an appt. at the Mayo Clinic in Rockchester. Do you think I should go there or instead would I have a better chance going towards California since there are more big Medical Facilities towards California. We cannot afford to just go all over.I made the appt. myself. Please help!!! Britney called from there today,I was sleeping so I have not talked to her yet I tought I would e-mail you first and see what you think. Her # there is 1-507-538-7152.
The last time I was in the hospital here the releasing Doctor said it can be fixed but I need to get to gooroo's to get it done.He said there is no one in this area that can fix it.But they don't tell us where to go.We got my records from there and it says it is from an injury from the lap. gallbladder surgery. Please Help!!!

Diane, a biopsy may be necessary to make sure that nothing else is going on.  They must try different medications to help you with the itching.  You must try and optimize your nutrition.

Sorry to bug you again!!! When I get there should I ask them if they would do a biopsy(Mayo Clinic Doctor)? So we know if it is cholangietis. This is just to painful to keep going on like this anymore and I have blood spots  on my arms and some of them are two inches long. Then this ugly skin rash all over me that everyone stares at.Since my last hospital stay they told me to stay on antibiotics that does help my symptoms some, last bottle I had a eek or so without them and my sores all over me spread fast and the pressure pain gets worse. And my cough I have had since the the surgery without antibiotics gets terrible!!! My weakness does not seem to change on or off.I have lost alot of muscle too. When I am standing up what is the hard long lump feeling that is pushing my bottom rib out,now I am feeling pressure in my back also.I cannot hardly take a walk anymore or the pressure in my back gets to bad.How often is normal range to get pain meds increased? I am so afraid of driving that far and then not getting anything done at all. Thanks So Much For You're Help!!!!!! I wish there were more Doctors in the world like you!!!
