On check in last month It is found that I have an enlarged liver 17.2 cms and high alt-92 and high ggt 95 . My alcohol intake was high earlier since last one year it is minimal.
And on 08 Sep 10 following tests carried out and results as follows
LFT
Total Biirubin - 1.7
Direct Bilirubin - 0.8
SGOT(AST) - 45
SGPT(ALT) - 101
Alk Phosphatase - 262
PROTHROMSIN TIME
Control - 13
Test - 15.8
INR - 1.21
SERUM
Total Protein - 8.8
Albumin - 5.1
Globulin - 3.7
Kindly give advice as per the new results. My alcohol intake in last tyhree months is minimal and nil for last 45 days

they could still be elevated from the previous alcohol intake or from fatty liver. you should have an abdominal ultrasound and other serologies peformed to exclude viruses, etc.
