HB Postive !

some of you may remember me by my old nickname TheLover2010

I found my self infected with Hepatitis B in 2009-12 , since then I done PCR 3 times , the first result came with 5250 UI/ml
the second one came with 430 UI/ml ( Feb-2012 )
the last one came with 31UI/ml ( Nov -2012 )

here's the test result

؛ Hepatitis B
sample : 06.11.2012

؛  Circulating HBV DNA screen and quantification ( PCT TaqMan Roche )

31 UI/ml
1.49 log

Presence of a very low quantity  of hepatits B virus DNA to be interpreted cautiously .

Sensitivity : 20 IU/ml ( 1.30 log )
Linearity : 20-170,000,000 IU/ml ( 1.30 - 8.23 )
Conversion factor : 1 IU = 5.82

Change in technique since 12-08-2010

...........................................................................................

Please who ever of you doctors could help me understand the meanings of those line because I am really confused now , what does it mean ??

you should consider yourself a carrier--with such low viral levels you do not need treatment of the HBV. you should have an ultrasound checked and check AFP level regularly
