LIVER

First off im not in need of a transplant at least i hope not but im experiencing a few minor issues concerning my liver:
How long does it take the liver to rejuvinate itself after a person went jaundice from alcohol and tylenol consumption? ALSO what happens if the persons feel dizzy 24/7 because of this when in recovery..is it normal?

i think your symptoms are not unusual.  I agree with the exercise.  Stress is definitely be the cause.

I am experiencing a little fatigue now and wondering is this common due to my experience and is excersize the only thing i can do to treat it? I have been under alot of stress because of this but not sure if thats the culprit or would it be possible that this time in my life i have been eating properly and watching my health--iv been drinking boost 2-3 times a day and taking my vitiams although there made for persons over 50 years of age eating brussle sprouts and veggies, potatoes, eggs and vector cereal drinking alot of water, green tea and Aqua + minerial water plus excersizing tai chi and taking casual walks. That is really my daily intake of foods plus im sleeping regular hours.Do you have any suggestions?

with continued complete alcohol abstinence I think your GGTP and liver swelling will resolve over a short time

the recovery of an acute ingestion from tylenol and alcohol should be complete unless the person has incurred chronic damage from alcohol use.  i do not think the dizziness is related to what happened.
