liver transplant apps
A close friend of mine, her mom just had a liver transplant. I was wondering if there was an app to hep organize all the meds and information that has to be tracked?

This app is the way to go! You can also print out forms for daily use to mark off when you check BP, blood sugar, temp, and also a chart to check off as you give meds while at home. ..... My husband had his transplant in May 2013 in Nashville, at Vanderbilt and I must say with the excitement, exhaustion, and all the emotions the family, especially the Caretaker, goes through, this App and also website online are GODSENDS!!
