My liver make noises

I know this forum is not for some kind of liver disease, but i am worry. My liver started to make some noises i never had before. it began this year. The noises sound like the ones we all feel in our stomach, like if i have a ball full of water in my liver just underneath my ribcage . I need help.
Is this the liver is so can someone tell me what it may be.?

i think its really to the stomach--maybe gas there or in the intestine

If this is the intestine , what it may be-

this happens after i eat- and i touch that part of my ribcage and if feels like a muscle left the bone of my ribcage and is hanging just under it.

i dont it if this is helpfull for a diagnose
