ongoing elevated liver enzyems

TCN
Thank you.  I am a 42 yr. female. I have a complicated medical history.  I will be as brief as possible.  I had acute hepatitis of some form in my early 20s.  I was jaundiced, and lost 30 lbs.  It took many months to recover. It is suspected I was born with Hep B.  I am a carrier, of some sort.  After my infection with the acute hep, my mom developed hep C 2 months later after taking very close care of me. I assume that is what I had.  No risk factors whatsoever.   I developed cholestatic liver disease during both pregnancies.  Severe jaundice and itching that nearly drove me crazy.  I had to deliver several weeks early as a result.
My other history includes a pacemaker, which was also required subsequent pregnancy.  I was on amiodarone for a few yrs. which caused toxicity of liver.  i was eventually taken off the med.
I had several gallstones, and had my gallbladder removed 2 months after giving birth.
I have had many surgeries, for heart, sinuses, and burst fractures of the spine.

Now, I come to the question.  I recently had presurgical testing and my liver enzymes have once again brought up concerns.  My bilirubin is 1.3,
                ALPhos  172
                AST 81
                ALT 115
As you can surmise, I have had alot of medical treatments, and surgeries.  I seriously don't think I can handle much more.  Is there a chance I can just blow this off for awhile?   I dont want anymore tests.   It isnt the tests that bother me.  It is the ambiguous results.   Do I need to do anything urgently?  i do drink socially.  If we have a nice meal at home we often have wine, and if we go out to eat with friends, same.  Do I need to stop drinking altogether.

Isnt it true that the AST would double the AST?
Thank you.  I am tired, and also scared.  Thank you sooooo much. I am so worried.  Please help me!

i think the most important thing is to ascertain that you do noty have HCV or HBV.  This could be fatty liver.  I think you can let things play out for now as long as you have had normal liver imaging.  Some herbs that people take for the liver are:

milk thistle, licorice root, coenzyme  Q 10, turmeric, astragalus and SAMe

Any herbs or vitamens you could suggest to help my liver health.  When i said ast and alt ratio, i meant alcohol, but i did not type that.  SORRY
