Please help make sense of Diagnosis

Clinical History
Prior lung cancer S/P left upper lobectomy 2013, the patient now with 2.5 cm prevascular node.

Diagnosis
Lymph Node, prevascular, core needle bips- Metastatic poory differentiated adenocarcinoma, consistent with lung primary.
