Latest CT scan

My latest CT scan shows- *Mild bibasilar atelectasis .
*There are scattered tiny Mediastinal Lymph Nodes,visulalized portion of upper abdomen is unremarkable.
*Stable 4 mm subpleural nodule is right upper lobe.
Shortness of breath.
Does There are scattered tiny Mediastinal Lymph Nodes goes towards some ailment of concern? What should I do? Does I need further investigations to know the stage of Mediastinal lymph nodes?

shortness in breath, tiredness, catching infections very frequently, weakness,
mucus gets yellow type.brain storm, sleep disturbance.Non smoker never smoke ,56 male.

what were your symptoms that caused you to have the ct scan?? are you a smoker????
