Left leg DVT's and lung nodules

I am a 30 yr old F who has left leg dvt's. I had been on levonox injections and now I am on Warfarin.  DVT's are still not totally dissolved yet.  I recently received my CT scan results and the noted a 3mm nodule in my left lower lung lobe.  Is there need for concern or need to persue what this could be?  Do clots that have traveled to the lungs give the appearance of a nodule?
