What is an 8mm irregularly shaped opacity in left lower lobe?

I was seen in ER for chest pain. They took CT to rule out aneurysm.  In preparing for MD visit 9 mo later I read the CT results that reported an 8mm subpleural opacity in left lower lobe. With recommendation for f/u in 3 mo.  I was not told about it at appt and am now waiting for another ct scan.  Hx of Sarcoidosis 1989.

Nothing to be done now until a repeat CT is completed.
