i have cronic cough from 1 year and back and neck pain from 15 days my hrct scan of chest is that small air pockets in right tracheo oesophageal groove.small mediastinal and axillary lymph nodes. prominent thymus. left hilar and subcarinal calcifications. fibrotic areas in right upper lobe apical segment.  i have chances of cancer or not.please define
