Lupus like symptoms

I'm a 32 year old MALE who is at his wits end. i think its best just to start with my symptoms and then i will follow up with tests i have done.
ok I have a butterfly rash on my face that gets particularly bad when i sweat. today it actually started bleeding a little. I have the same rash across my knuckles on my hands. My hart rate typically stays around 120 t rest while my blood pressure is completely normal. I have problems when i stand up i sometimes start to pass out. My eyes swell at times not really bad but defiantly puffy and sore. I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck under my jaw and it is sometimes painful to swallow. I get sores inside my nose that come and go for no particular reason. I have been having a hard time concentrating to the point where i sometimes catch myself staring at a wall for an hour. I'm shakey and i have chronic pain. My pain is in my legs lower and upper, arms lower and upper, and neck muscles. i can not hold my head up for longer than an hour and i feel so very weak.
Now on to my tests. I have been tested for Ebstien Barr Virus and tested positive VERY positive. I was tested for Lupus with a negative ANA. sent to a neurologist who tested me again for lupus and this time I had a positive anti-dsdna!  I was then referd to a rheumatologist who tested me AGAIN for lupus and all my blood work came back normal. He then told me there was no reason for me to continue to see him. my white blood count tends to always be a little high my lymphocytes tend to always be a little high and my blood sugar always seems to be a little high. other than that everything else is always normal! I don't know where to go from here by the time i might actual get an answer i'm going to be broke and I feel like i wont be able to function.
