Burning/tingling scalp

I have Lyme disease and started treatment four weeks ago. Since I began treatment one of my symptoms has become markedly worse. I know it is normal for this to happen but I am concerned about the symptom itself. I feel a burning/tingling sensation on the top of my scalp. It comes and goes, but for the most part is pretty constant. It contributes to my brain fog. I thought this was surely from Lyme but someone mentioned this could be due to mercury toxicity and that I need to see a biological dentist. There is no biological dentist near me, and I don’t have dental insurance. I thought I would check in to see if this is a plausible Lyme symptom before I explore this expensive avenue. Can people chime in if this is a Lyme or lyme co. symptom for you?
