Does this sound like lyme? I am desperate!

I've been pretty miserable for the last three months and have seen so many doctors. My symptoms started with this strange feeling in my hands like there were ants crawling under my skin. This then became a generalized body itch particularly on my scalp, face and hands. I then started getting pins and needle sensations and hives everywhere and burning, prickly skin. For the past month, i wake up feeling decent  and then every afternoon I start to feel like Im getting the flu--hot flashes, followed by chills/post nasal drip. It usually lasts two hours and then passes. But it's always around the same time of day. My lyme test back in September revealed positive for 41ige only.  Is it possible that I have lyme? The doctor didn't even mention that band being reactive. I saw it on my report. Im so desperate for an answer and don't know where to turn next. Any thoughts/insights are greatly appreciated!
