I believe others here have suggested to you that seeing a Lyme specialist would be a good idea. There are Lyme charities that can support doctor visits and tests and treatments for those ailing.
If you search for something like 'lyme charity', you might come up with something helpful
hi, did you have stinging all over the body as I do have morgellans too, then it will switch and my spine and body becomes morphine level of pain, I never get the two at the same time which is strange. I started herbs for bart but am stinging so bad I can barely hold on.
sorry, last line should say:
"instead of masking the PAIN, cure the infections with antibiotics."
Pain killers will not cure an infection.
Painkillers will not cure a Lyme infection.
And worse, "Nucynta" is a NARCOTIC DRUG.
Why not treat the Lyme infection instead of masking the symptoms??

Please hang in there. I KNOW it's SO hard to endure such consistent, debilitating, excruciating pain. I experienced a VERY similar pain in my right shoulder only...so I can't imagine what it would be like to feel it all over my body. My shoulder spontaneously began to hurt even though I hadn't damaged it in any way. The pain lasted ALLLLL day long and was so excruciating that I'd have to scream at the top of my lungs to release the turmoil in my body so I wouldn't kill myself. I finally called my doc and said I couldn't do it anymore after 4 days of trying to be strong and she sent me to the ER to get IV painkillers to give me relief...even if only temporary. They injected me with everything they had and NO RELIEF whatsoever!!!! Finally....the MIRACLE DRUG was prescribed to me. It's called Nucynta. It's a painkiller but it works REALLY well for nerve/neurologically motivated pain. I took Nucynta and Cyclobenzaprine (muscle relaxer) for the next couple days and it brought my pain from a 10+ to a 2 on a 10 point pain scale. My muscle has atrophied in that shoulder and I can't lift a glass of water to my lips...but by golly, it doesn't hurt anymore!! ;) Thanks Lyme for my undiagnosable severe chronic pain that has no 'cause' in any doctors' eyes! Nucynta REALLY HELPS and it keeps your head much more clear than Vicodin and other commonly prescribed meds. Good luck! Hang in there!
Morgellon's is a separate co-infection from lyme and Bart's. The LLMD will treat you differently for each.
I know that a few luymies I know need to go to a pain clinc when it gets too much.
I have been where you are. I wanted to kill myself . Then I found out it is the illness, bartonella on my brain that caused me to feel like that. Once I started treatment, that went away. I still get depressed but not to that point. Do what u you need to do as far as getting the correct pain relief but don't give up!
You say, "I did have igenix and doc said he thought I had lyme and bart."
Have you contacted that MD again and told him of your current condition? I would do so without delay.
Please keep seeing MDs until you get answers that make sense -- if you are near a teaching hospital (where research is done and MDs are trained) -- you might try to see someone there -- MDs who are aware of difficult presentations can sometimes have the most imagination about what to test for.
No one here is medically trained to my knowledge, but many of us have been to see many many MDs before getting an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment, so we can perhaps understand something of how you are feeling.
Keep trying -- don't give up! Please let us know what you do and what you find out. All good wishes for you --
