Has anyone taken Monolaurin
my holistic doc has recommended monolaurin. I have never heard of it. If anyone has tried it and had success (or the opposite - no success) please let me know.

Consider taking coconut oil, since monolaurin is derived form it.
Coconut oil is antimicrobial, ant-parasitic, anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-protozoan. 3-4T daily is the recommended dose but start slowly and gradually increase it. I use extra virgin organic and it has been a true blessing in my life.
I also do "Oil Pulling" with it daily to eliminate from my oral cavity billions of bacteria and toxins. I get no more infections, ever! This is great!
