Initially IGG band 41 present on Labcorp WB. Now Band 58 positive on Ingenix.

I have had strange symptoms going on almost 2 years now.  My main problem now is twitching in both legs and pain in both legs.  I have been told by an MS Specialist that I do not have MS after they found some small non-specific spots on a brain MRI.
I have taken two WB lyme tests through Labcorp.  Both show IGG band 41 present.  I then took an Ingenix Lyme test and now band 58 IGG is positive.  I took the Ingenix test over 7 months ago, but I was not made aware of the band 58 being positive until I visited my naturopath 2 weeks ago.  She is not an LLMD so she thought this was not significant and did not make me aware of this.  Through some research on-line this appears to be significant.
I bring it to this forum to see if there is any meaning here?  Thank you.
