Definitely all of the above, mainly the rash in the first month and then the flu-like symptoms after that, very tired, achey, can hardly move.
Lyme symptoms are different in everyone, and a person's symptoms can change over time, which is partly why doctors have such a hard time diagnosing it.
There is a website called ILADS [dot] org that has good information. ILADS is an association of MDs who take Lyme very seriously, and the information is very helpful.
The standard, non-ILADS approach is the one taken by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and IDSA (Infectious Disease Society of America) -- their diagnosis for Lyme virtually requires (1) a documented bite by a deer tick and (2) an expanding reddish rash around the bite that looks like a bullseye. At least half of people with Lyme never saw the tick or had a rash (including me), and the other symptoms can be vague.
I'd check the ILADS [dot] org website for a symptom list --
Good luck, hope you don't have it!
Other than the 'bullseye rash' - some of the initial symptoms can be feeling 'flu like' - night sweats - stiff/painful neck - headaches/head pressure - unexplained fatigue.
If you google 'lyme diseases symptoms' you should find plenty of info.
