Hello and welcome to the forum.  Well, a negative test is good and may indicate that you do not have Lyme Disease.  However, up to 56% of patients with lyme disease test negative with a two tier testing system that the CDC recommends.  It's difficult to diagnose for some. https://www.lymedisease.org/lyme-basics/lyme-disease/diagnosis/  The western blot test is usually the confirmatory test though. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/lyme-disease/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20374655  Have you looked into Epstein Barr or Chronic Fatigue syndrome?
