Recommendations for Mag and Probiotic
Hi everyone, after the hospital visit, I was told I need a better magnesium supplement. I also need a different probiotic. Can anyone give me brand recommendations?

I ordered the one you mentioned. No bathtub here but when my fiancée comes back our new house has two tubs and will use Epsom salts for sure.
I also remembered another variety of Mg I used to take: Mg malate. It worked pretty well too, but I'm keen on the mg citrate/orotate/aspartate now. Anything ending in "-ate".
And ditto Rico about Epsom salt bath. Soak up the Mg directly through the skin. Good stuff!

I use the same one Jackie does and I am very happy with it. They are slippery capsules, not the big horse tablets like some other brands. The big green gelcaps from my favorite warehouse store didn't work at all for me.
Our bodies are ineffecient at absorbing Mag, so I take one with each meal. Magnesium oil rubbed sparingly on the skin is good (Niko's recommendation) and Epsom salt baths are good, too.
