Stinging pain..

Since last night I've had on my left big toe a horrible stinging.  It feels like I'm getting stung by a bee or a fire ant over and over.  Hurts!  There is nothing there though.  This morning when I rubbed it gently, my while big toe turned red and blotchy looking it kinda traveled up my foot too.  But then went away.  It is still stinging along with the bad burning in my shins and feet. Also the palms of my hands are burning too.   It is very bothersome and makes me concerned.   Any ideas?  It's gonna be a LONG day!!

Yep, I get this every day...I believe it's the lyme, just awful!!!

since yesterday my let big tow suddenly felt like fir ant bite in the tope tendon and now has hurt all night and day, have to limp and cannit wear shoes , now hurts on bottome too like nerver pain, so scared being crippled. may have lyme but having pain twitching, tingling all over too.

Yes and it also feels like getting poked with needles sometimes.  I have had this in my eyes and all over my body generalized.

When it happens does it feel like you are being bit or stung?  It is So painful and very annoying!

It's the right big toe for me.  It reoccurs in this area.  It's in other areas too though.  The last few days I keep getting one hot burning spot on my left forearm.  I keep looking at it to see if there is something there but there isn't.

I know these paresthesias are really scary but they have not caused me any serious debility so far, except for the mental stress and anxiety they cause.

I have had this last few days I have put mine down the allergies as we are having some hot weather and blowing wind my skin has been very itchy aswell, I think that maybe Lyme brings out the allergies more, my ears have been playing up also.

Now I've had the biting/stinging on my right middle finger now too!  What the heck?  Weirdest thing... I went and soaked my feet in a hot bath thinking it may help and when I got out my feet felt freezing (not to the touch).  It lasted a moment and was uncomfortable!!  My nervous system is gong bazerk!!!  I feel like it's on OVERLOAD!
