Temperature regulation issues

Last summer, I noticed I was heat intolerant. I even had more trouble breathing on a hot day. Then, in November, I developed excessively sweaty feet.  I had to wear socks, even when I wasn't cold, as my feet would randomly sweat like crazy and I was worried I would slip on a hard floor. That stopped after about 3 weeks. (I was diagnosed in early Dec.)

This summer, I am noticeably less heat intolerant, which is a good improvement. But In the last couple months, my daughter has pointed out a few times that I have goose bumps and my arm feels cold to the touch, even if it is in the 70's or 80's and I don't feel cold.  And now, in the last couple weeks, I have noticed that if I eat warm or hot food, my whole back breaks out in a total sweat.  Sometimes it extends down the back of my legs or over my whole torso and face.  I have to stop eating until I cool down.  Then I have to go change my shirt 'cause it's so damp.

My thyroid is okay, and only one of my thyroid numbers was slightly high last fall. Could my body be adding insult to injury be becoming peri-menopausal while I am dealing with Lyme and a body full of abx?  I am in the acceptable age range, although it is a bit early. I don't know if this type of temperature regulation problems happens with age, or are these known symptoms of Lyme?

I am the queen of hot flashes but I started very early, I now know it was the Lyme per my LLMD . As you've got to be said it can happen in a young male and perhaps because we are females of that age it is just worse for us. I personally hate walking around with wet hair and a wet neck!

I think this could just be a lyme symptom, because my son has all you have described and worse. He's only 6 and he's definitely not going through the menopause!
Your liver plays a major role in temperature control and I have always thought that having a broken thermostat like this means the lyme is doing nasty things to your liver. But that's my own theory, I haven't asked the doctor about it.
