What does .83 Lyme reflex screen mean?

I can see in the print out that this is a negative test but it seems close to the range of >.90 that would warrant further testing. Does anyone know what the test measures and if the .83 being on the high end of the range indicates that I may in fact have Lyme?

I’m trying find answers to a host of problems that don’t seem to go away yet don’t have a clear answer— fatigue, brain fog that seems to be worsening, exercise intolerance, head pressure (near constant for mewrly two years), heart palpitations (thankfully not in awhile!), dizziness, lots of other things that may or may not be related— seemingly allergic to everything overnight out of nowhere  (positive to all environmental allergens tested, some food, and a rash that develops after a few min in direct hot sun), the list of weird things over the past couple years goes on and on.

A few years ago I am wondering if I was misdiagnosed with mono (but no one seemed overly convinced that’s what it was as I didn’t exhibit the traditional symptoms) and I don’t feel like I’ve ever fully recovered am am so tired of being tired and not feeling myself!

Also bloodwork has been low iron pretty consistently but I’m at an all time low now despite good diet, platelets and white blood cells are often low This is what ultimately led them to diagnose mono after months with hematology/oncology. I’m very tired of this drawn out approach of my doctors and would like to see them pursuing some possible causes a bit more proactively. They didn’t want to test for Lyme but finally did upon my request.
