What else can I do myself to speed up Lyme Disease Recovery

Hi I’m new. I just had a blood test 2 weeks ago and was diagnosed with early Lyme Disease (I had been on a farm within the past month of blood test so that makes sense). Doc put me immediately on doxicycline mono. I’m trusting this will knock it out but what else can I do myself to speed up healing process?

Earlier in the month I was having swallowing issues and heartburn. The swallowing is much improved but still have heartburn. Not sure if this is related to Lymes. Yesterday I started getting hot tingly sensitive hands now and then and often feel light headed.

I have changed my diet completely to veggies and fruit, beans and oatmeal. Cut out alcohol, caffeine, meat and dairy. What else can I do??

It sounds like you are doing everything you need to regarding your food and Lyme disease. Avoiding sugar is always a big one.  The other thing you may want to research and ask your health practitioner is supplemental things such as Teasel Root tincture, Oil of Oregano, Cat's Claw.
