sea salt and lyme, is it 3 teaspoons a day in water?
Hi, Have just started taking 1 teaspoon of course sea salt in water 3 times a day, vile but so far so good. I will probably continue this for as long as i can tolerate it as i seem to have improved and its only my first day.
Is this okay with my cats claw and rhodiola though?
Taking the cats claw for lyme and urine inf and rhodiola for anxiety and depression.

I heard to take vitamin c with it but worry I'm taking too many things already with my cats claw, rhodiola and now and agian diazepam for my anxiety.
Have taken one spoonful 3 times today and twice yest, only because saw a post where someone claimed to have cured themselves doing this. Thought it sounded a lot though.
Have felt improvement in symptoms during the day but at night I'm getting fast pulse or palpatations. May not be related though or could be my stomach playing up and possibly my anxiety.
Unusual its mainly at night though.
A quarter teaspoon 3 times a day sounds better to me, will try with some diluting juice maybe, find it easier to take in warm water.

I have read different things about the so-called Salt/C approach. It's important to know that the recommend daily allowance of salt is about 1 teaspoon, and taking more than that can be really bad for some people.
If you google or otherwise search salt/c, you'll probably find some websites that discuss it. Sorry not to be more helpful. Take care!
