what a strange disease eh?
i had some bluish toes last year witha slight rash on one..and didn't know what it was. thought i was getting athleets foot or something.
2 pair of socks and slippers. burr
I have alternated between bouts of excessive sweating in certain places (soles of feet, back, torso) when it is even slightly warm, and other times when I am cold. I even had an episode of Reynaud's in my toes once when my feet were freezing (it was about 79 degrees in the house). I had to wear socks for several days (in the summer, no less) until it faded away. The cold feet are back again this week and I have had blue toes a few times.
There was also a few weeks this summer when I would feel cold and get lots of big goosebumps in the slightest temperature drop or breeze. The most memorable time was when I was outside on a 90 degree day and I stepped into the shade. There was a very slight breeze and instantly, my legs were covered with goose bumps and felt cold. From the waist up, I was still hot and sweaty. At this point I just had to laugh. My body was clearly confused.
I prefer the temperature regulation problems to my former heat sensitivity, which made me feel worse instantly. This is a much better symptom than pain.
