Well it eased up the next day and Hubby lightly massaged it but periodically I experience my leg giving way its strength and I have to grasp onto something to prevent falling, boy if these little ones know what we go through to bring them here lol!! But it's all worth it, I guess I need to exercise more, but I did read somewhere that potassium increase can be helpful, I'll have to confirm with Dr.
I've been having the nerve pain shooting through my thighs as well but the cramps have been in my calves not my thighs. The only thing I've heard that helps prevent cramps is more potassium and I'very noticed stretching does help me some.
i am experiencing them too.. shooting pains down my legs, my right leg especially. i think my sciatic nerve is being pressured and is acting up. i read something about sciatica during pregnancy and i am positive that is what is happening to me. the things that help me is lying down on my left side, and taking a warm bath. stretching helps, too. hope your legs better soon! we don't have much longer to go ;)
