a tad bit off-balance?

so, today i had my first official moment where my center of gravity was all sorts of off-key! i was standing up from a squatted position, and ended up twirling around the room a few times in order not to fall, and caught myself across the room on the edge of my couch. LOL! i had to laugh, but man, it was kind of scary.

if and when this happens to you, share your story so we can all get a good laugh ;) oh and stay safe! especially those of you with weather conditions like ice, rain and snow..

I am starting to find myself losing my balance sometimes but i havent had anything major happen to me yet :) When i got to use the bathroom in the middle of the night i sit on my bed a few minutes first before i get up. My doct said don't get up quickly and that will reduce the dizziness or even you passing out.

hi ya tash here, yep hubby said they dont call it a `bump`for nothing...he has been ill (and as most men) couldnt do much, whilst led on the sofa he moaned "ohhh put another log on the fire would you?"
well i had to get down to the level of the wood burner and chucked on a log but to get up i had to swivel around on my knees to the coffee table to haul myself up but as i straightened i sort of fell forwards and had to grab the coffee table..and then the mugs before i could stand up straight and all in one movement... i dont believe i have a centre of gravity anymore and i feel like one of those old childrens toys (haven't seen one in years) that has sand filled in the base and you inflate the top and no matter how hard you hit it it just kind of bounces from side to side, except i just keep going...perhaps ive not enough weight in my toes LOL
