Can u get permission from your dr and then try again? I am taking a regular zumba class and there is another pregnant girl there too. We love it and with your Dr's permission it is perfectly safe. I was doing it before pregnant.. don't know if that makes a difference there. My dr said I can go the whole way til I have the baby as long as I slow down and I have to check my pulse and drink a lot of water.

I am still doing zumba twice a week and yoga as much as I can.  It is helping me feel better this pregnancy than I have in my others. I love zumba! I just don't do all the jumping now. I did p90x after my last pregnancy and it worked wonders so I think I will do that again.

I just tried zumba before getting pregnant. Loved it! I am not a gym person and found I do better in classes....although I live hiking as well. During the summer my husband and I ride our bikes through a huge housing development and around a lake here in town. I thought about taking some karate lessons as well. Did that as a kid and enjoyed it.

Pole dancing looks fun and like a hell of a workout.
Plus I think it helps women to feel more self confident. That's another thing I like about belly dancing, its a great confidence booster.

I'll probably get back into Zumba and belly dancing. I miss both so much. So those and a lot of walking/jogging since I'm due in May and it'll be nice outside.

It's a 60 day high intensity workout. I have the dvds and I did it before with great results. I started it again but then I got preggo so I had to stop. It's a great workout!
