cervix update again

Ill probably be posting this every week lol but ny doctor said that my cervix is def getting shorter and im having pains and pressure on my hips and it was soo funny..when ny doctor was doing the doppler she is so used to taking it on ny stomach that she was a lil confused at first them found him but he was all the way down by ny downstairs lol if any ladies are having iron issues and dont want to take iron meds bc mine make me sick I get a kale and spinanch smoothie its soo yummy so im having thoses like twice a week and then I take my other viatmins...but ya any day or week now..im thinking next week or the week after...idk what do u ladies think

You can make them yourself too. Ill look it up.in a few min. Also cooking in cast iron pans help too.

U can go to a market and buy kale and spinanch yogurt and fruits and make your own smoothie

Jamba.juice and Seattle smoothie. Although closest Jamba is 20-25 min away. Beyond kale, is there anything I need in it in case our Seattle smoothie can do it?

Go to a local jamba juice or robeks juice place they have kale and spinanch smoothies there

Recipe please...I'm taking the slow release iron and if my numbers aren't up by my next appt, I have to go in for iv.
