I'm so embarrassed to ask this but I've done all I could and about to tell my Dr to stick it...I've been so constipated for their past 5 days its starting to hurt to sit down! He has me taking 100 mg of Docusate sodium once a day.. been taking that when they constipation started about 2 months ago.. I've tried prunes and the juice.. tried Metamucil... coffee.. greasy food.. I just don't know what else to do.. I went to them bathroom and tried not to but I ended up staining a little too hard but nothing. I could feel it there and its trying but nothing.. please help. I really don't want to run to the er for this.

Ever since I got pregnant my poops have always looked like rabbit poops there was a couple of times where its been normal lol

Me too. I call the pharmacy and they said I could take up to 3 of their docusate sodium at bed time until I go potty. Pregnancy approved. If nothing in a day I will call Dr again. I hate pooping but I never thought ID hear myself say that I wanted to lol

I'm having a similar issue. I went last Sunday and it was so hard it felt.like a knife cutting me from the inside on its way out. It's like little rocks when I do get out. I'm drinking cherry juice every day and only helping a tiny bit. I have been dealing wirh medical issues with my hubby all week and waiting to deal with my issues til after. I'm wondering if a suposatory (wrong spelling...but you know what I mean) might be the best option for short term. Wish I could help more...and if you get answers, I'm open to hearing about them as well.

Oh no! I'm sorry I don't know what else you can do besides go to the doctor. I heard that if you are constipated for more than 4 days, you should go to the doctor. Hope you feel better soon hun!
