high heels

I have a weddi g coming up and i have high heels i never wear. Not huge 2 inch. My problem , i cant walk in them lol i look like i hippo and sound like a bull when i walk. Any of you have tips on how to walk in them amd get use to the discomfort? I seem a woman on tv runnimg in 3 inchers. Blew me away! Kinda wanted to smack her haha

Dr.schols or whatever makes insoles for High heels and yes practice walking at your house make sure your heels support your ankle so you dont roll it too..I havent woren heels in forever also used to all the time for my jobs I used to run in them and do the shuffle dance in them lol hahha im wearing heels next week since its my hubbys bday and we r going out

I haven't even attempted to wear heels since I had my baby!! You're a brave woman. I used to wear them all the time though. Just walk around your house in them as much as possible before you have to wear them. It's definitely good to get used to them. Your calves will hurt the next day. Also, if they're new be sure to scuff them up on the side walk so you don't slip.
