I don't have good health, but I am healing (and not just treating my symptoms) and I think healing requires a positive attitude. I also have trust that everything happens for a reason. I don't think God is controlling it all, as God gave us free will. I do think it is a time to pull together and work together to solve the financial crisis and any other crisis that pops up. (of course prevention is the best medicine).
that is so right everyday is a gift ,i suppose it;s just how u unwrap it ,is what count's in the end
As long as you have your health, everything else is secondary. It is very inconvenient, can be very scary, can be a huge change of lifestyle, can cause you distress and anxiety, but if you have your overall well being & health, you have it all. Every day is a gift.

You know how they say "Dont sweat the small stuff"
Well I say "Dont sweat the big stuff either" it wont make things any better, it'll only make matters worse. We just oughta try to have a positive oulook and be thankful for everything else in our lives, things are bound to get better. Faith is what keeps me going.
well if you are anything like me you like a good sale and at this rate stocks are at bargain basement prices! If only I had the cash laying around!
I'm alive, my kids and husband are alive...and we all love each other....AND, I firmly believe that the VAST MAJORITY of people out in the world are good.
Everything Happens for a Reason.
I have put it out of my mind , whats the point in festering over it, however I rush to watch and put the news on when I get in, we have to simply hang in there trust me it will be okay , this will pass.I have stocks that have plumetted all you can do is wait and see.

If you're gonna pray, then don't worry
If you're gonna worry, don't pray
My thing is, if you can do something about it, then do it. If there's nothing that can be done about a situation by worrying then don't worry. You can't change a lot of things in life but you can only change the way you look at things. By changing the way I look at the things in life that I can't control it has helped me tremendously. Not that I'm never stressed but I'm a lot better in getting through tough times.
Well this morning I was hyperventilating into a paper bag because of the economic crisis and a MH friend snapped me out of it so I am thankful for my friends (cyber and otherwise), I am thankful for my family and I am thankful for my health (traveling through some of the other forums it's easy to see that not everyone can say that so it does help when it's time to count my blessings).
Swampy takes lessons from history. The market has had these panics in the past, but it has always recovered. The reason why has to do with people who at a most basic level desire to provide something of value.
In these sorts of crises, prices readjust relative to each other. Certain goods that are too expensive are brought down to their real level. Other goods that are undervalued rise.
There is always a light shining in the darkness if we will look for it and hold on to it.
Im alive and clean another day.
There is always positive when we glance at a flower, a piece of work we created, positive in my quiet spot with the spirits light shining within me and each and every one of us if we just "look"..no negative comments please..this is meant to uplift US!
Sharing my feelings, laughing!!!, spiritual music, meditation, positive people, prayer
I have no positive thoughts when it comes to financial strain on my family and friends.
I find peace by trusting that God is in control. Certain scriptures with God's promises for my life also bring me peace and comfort. Praying and meditating on these scriptures really help me in all types of trials and struggles in my life.
