McCain / Obama - Debate - Pappaw escapes from the home
Is it me or does McCain look like he has plastic hands and arms as he held the microphone last night? Not to mention that he was walking like Tim Conway on the old Carol Burnette show (the little old man taking tiny tiny steps). He also looks like he has had a stroke with one side drawn - so does that leave us with Tina Fey (love those videos) to run this country if elected??? mmmm......let me think about that. She's pretty smart, but .......
I had respected his service - but last night with him wandering around while Obama was speaking rather than sitting down (like Obama did), and calling him "THAT ONE" - what was that about??? THEN, did you notice he diverted himself from shaking Obama's hand? I guess he thought "that one" might rub off on him or something. PLUS, he darted from the room leaving Obama and his wife to talk to "his friends" - the TN people that came to see them - I think the people there were MORE than happy to talk to Obama and his wife.
It was like someone had let Pappaw out of the "home" and wander around to make tacky comments while everyone is embarrassed for him. Come one Pappaw - go back to your room to eat the jello you nailed to the wall.....
Don't get me wrong, I haven't been an Obama supporter - but if Pappaw is all we have to choose .......

It is very difficult to remember that this is an adult type forum, with the old "it takes one to know one" adage. Since I have a good sense of humor, I'll let that intended insult die a fast death.
I've spoken to quite a few of our friends in the Houston area, and they were all republican, After McCain used poor judgement on picking a very unqualified person to run as his Vice, everyone that I have spoken to will be voting Democrat, most of them already voted.
I heard McCain on the television today state that Palin was more qualified than Obama and Biden put together. That was too funny, and I must say an embarrassing statement. What makes me so leery of McCain is the fact at times he acts as though he may be suffering from dementia and if he gets to where he can't run this country, then sweet cheeks will take over. We need to make more calls and get people riled up so that they will be there to vote on Tuesday.

suzi, you find time to spread garbage--doesn't take long to verify something before you copy, past, and post it. I've received some false emails about Palin and McCain--I wouldn't post or forward anything without verifying the validity. That's the responsible thing to do.

The main flags were registered trademarks of the airline from which the Obama Campaign purchased the plane, snoozies--so, they legally had to be removed.

Maybe my vision isn't very good. If you see any in the photo, please point them out to me. Heck, McCain's plane isn't even red, white, and blue. He's obviously not patriotic.

I read Barrack Obama's book and found it facinating. As the grandmother of 3 bi-racial grandsons, I understood more about how he felt to be b-racial. It's difficult for any bi-racial child to grow up in this country. I've seen and heard the horrible remarks from evil people who feel the need to poke their noses into everyones business. I came away after reading Sen Obama's book with a deeper understanding of the man and now have 10 times the respect for him.
I agree Agiesmom, I've been reading up on the America hating group and they sound so similiar to the people once invoved with The Republic of Texas. Most of that group split up and went seperate ways, probably to try and spread their poison in other states. Did you happen to read where Palin said that she was thinking seriously about 2012.
