for anyone who uses yahoo....did you see the short article about the 40,000 yr old baby mammoth that they found?? poor little thing was only a month old when it was swallowed up!!! nat geo is doing a documentary on her next month! i can't wait to watch it!! *sigh* i love nat geo!
Yes I did see it made me sad but glad we have information , I have always loved natural Geographic , I was going to send them an article a few years back, regarding the 'supposed 'protected' Gopher Turtles in Florida that the building contractors dig in,,even though they are not legally allowed to do so, they pay the fines instead ,it was quite a battle ,I struggled for a whilewith a few others , even digging these beautiful creatures out with a spade it drove me wild.., I gave up and moved back to LA .
