Recipe from an old cookbook
Take two parts of unselfishness and one part of patience and work together . Add plenty of Industry. Lighten with good spirits and sweeten with kindness. Put in smiles as thick as plums in plum pudding. Bake by the warmth which streams from a loving heart. If this fails to make a good day.... the fault is not with the recipe...but with the cook .
I havent figured it out at all especially as the book is written by the Friars on Mount St Francis retreat house ..

hahah its called the 'Friars cookbook' they really knew some good recipes .heres another I could use an interpretation on ...'Oh God of the Notre Dame clan, grant that the mother who bore me, suffered to suckle a man ....
Yes, that is some great cookbook! Good reminder where some past meals of mine have not turned out so well!
