The Whales won,
The the help of all the petitions and many, many people around the World that care about Whales and speaking out with a loud voice, the Whaling Comission rejected the controversial plan to legalise Whaling after 2 decades of protections , thanks to Green peace , IFAW,WSPA thank you to everyone who took part and helped made a stand for the Whales ....
He wanted the ban lifted ..so I dont think he was involved,.but we are glad it didnt happen thats the main thing so kudos to everyone who fought for them ..
I am glad for the whales.... Pres kept his promise I see.

yes its always good news at least some inroads made and voices heard...Japan , Norway and Iceland could do with finding another hobby ......
This is great,the humpback whales that come up the east coast of Australia to give birth during August to October breed in the Southern Ocean.I'm glad everything that was being done helped.

I havent heard much about the whales,on the Gulf but no doubt we will,at least we all helped in some way with the ban .stopping it being lifted .
Whales are dying in the Gulf of Mexico in the oil infected area along with all other sea life.. Big Oil is just trying to keep the pictures or information from getting out.
