Twilight

I started reading the book series from "Twilight" this past weekend and I'm addicted.  I finished the first book (over 500 pages in one full night - I was sick and couldn't sleep anyway)!  My hubby went and picked up the second book for me the next morning and I finished that within a day in a half (over 500 pages) and I am biting at the bit to read the next one, but my mother stopped me from buying it.  I think she got if for me for Christmas!  UGH!!!  I'm thankful, but I want it now!  LOL!!!!

Has anyone else loved this series as much as I have.  I even keep dreaming about Edward, the vampire!  I guess I always did like the bad boys!  LOL!!!

Oh, and I told hubby he is taking me to see the movie Twilight on Friday night!  He agreed!

OMG. I love this series so incredibly much!!!! When I first read them they were all I could think about!!! I started feeling somewhat addicted, but it didn't bother me, because I loved them so much I didn't care. Now thankfully now that the series is nearly over (except Midnight Sun; I wish it would go ahead and get published! That stupid person just had to go and post on the internet... grrr) they're not taking over my life as they did before. But, yes, this series is the best ever. THANK YOU STEPHENIE MEYER!

TEAM EDWARD.

Yes, let me know about the other series as well.  I think you'll enjoy this series.  I have been amazed at how many people, teens, women, men - all love these books.  It's different than the normal vampire stories.  I told my hubby last night I was in love with the vampire Edward.  He told me when he got his dentures, he knew he should have added fangs!  LOL!!!!!

My youngest daughter LOVED the books, and I think she read 'em more than once....my eldest daughter has borrowed them and read one of those in a night too, I think she's on the third one now and SHE has seen the movie...She said it was great and she wants to go again!

There is another series of books that my eldest has read, actually two more, that she also loved that are in the same genre...I'll ask her about them if she comes downstairs again tonight (unlikely)....I am going to read all three series when I get the chance...
